These terms apply to your use of texasjunkcrew.com and to text messages you receive from us. Texas Junk Crew is the business name of Junk Crew LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Texas Junk Crew,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or agreeing to receive our texts, you agree to these terms.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are starting prices for typical loads. They are a guide, not an offer, and can change. Prices are before any applicable sales tax. Your actual price is the firm quote we give you before any work begins. The terms for the job itself are in the quote you approve.

Text messages

Texas Junk Crew sends text messages to customers and people who ask us for a quote.

• What you'll receive: messages about your request and job, such as quotes, scheduling, reminders, arrival updates, invoices, receipts, follow-up and review requests. If you separately agree to promotional texts, you may also receive occasional offers.
• How you agree: by texting us, by giving us your mobile number when you request a quote or book a job, or by checking a consent box on one of our forms. Agreeing to promotional texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
• How often: message frequency varies, depending on your job.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message (STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT all work). We'll send one text confirming you've been opted out. You can also tell us by phone or email.
• For help: reply HELP, email info@texasjunkcrew.com or call (214) 225-0878.
• Delivery: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Using our website

Please don't misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, disrupting it, sending spam through it, or copying its content in bulk. The text, logo, photos and design on this site belong to Texas Junk Crew and may not be copied without our permission.
