Frontier Waste Solutions picks up bulky items for the city by appointment only, up to 12 times a year at no extra charge. Book through the city's Waste Wizard before noon on the business day before your collection day.

Each pickup has to fit in a space 3.5 feet tall, 3 feet deep and 9 feet long, or be two large pieces, like a sofa and a loveseat.
Small items go in a cardboard box labeled "Bulky." Loose materials and extra trash bags aren't collected.
Refrigerators, freezers and A/C units have to be Freon-free. A disposal fee applies after your 12th pickup of the year or for too many items.
Rentals count as commercial property, so landlords can't request bulky pickup for rental homes.
