What it costs
Pay only for the space you use
Loose yard waste is priced by the space it takes in the trailer. Playsets and trampolines that need to be taken apart are teardowns, priced on site.
Every price includes labor and loading from anywhere on the property, hauling, disposal and a sweep-up. Your on-site quote is the most you'll pay. If it packs tighter than we estimated, the price goes down.

How we do it

Book or send a photo
Book online, or text a photo of the pile for a ballpark price first.

Firm price
We price the pile by trailer space and quote any heavy materials separately, before we start.

Load from where it is
We carry it from the backyard through the gate. You don't drag anything to the curb.

Clean up
We rake and sweep up where the pile was, driveway included.
Before we come
- Take propane tanks off grills and keep them. We can't haul pressurized tanks.
- Drain the gas and oil from mowers and other equipment.
- No need to bag or bundle brush. We load it as it is.
- Tell us about dirt, rock, concrete or sod when you book, so we can price the weight.
- Unlock the gate, and keep pets inside while we work.
Where it goes
- Metal, like grills, mowers and patio furniture frames, goes to a scrap-metal recycler whenever possible.
- Patio furniture in good shape is donated whenever possible.
- Tires go to a tire recycler. Brush, yard waste and everything else go to the landfill.
Local rules
Will the city pick up my brush?
Most cities we serve collect brush with bulk trash, with limits on size, bundling and how often. Here's the short version:
- Rowlett
Weekly with bulk, up to 2 cubic yards combined. Extra yards are billed.
- Garland
Weekly on your green-cart day. Brush, bulky items and bagged leaves go in separate piles at least 4 feet apart.
- Sachse
Once a month. Bundled brush has no limit, and it can go out no earlier than the Saturday before.
- Rockwall
Twice a month, up to 6 cubic yards of brush and bulk per pickup.
- Heath
First and third Monday. Up to 3 cubic yards free, then a per-yard charge; bundles 4 feet or shorter, under 50 pounds.
- Wylie
Once a month, up to 4 cubic yards. The city also runs a Saturday drop-off at 949 Hensley Ln for up to 6 cubic yards.
- Murphy
Bundled and tied in 4-foot lengths, no piece over 50 pounds. It counts toward the 4-yard weekly limit.
- Richardson
Request a BABIC pickup by midnight the night before your collection day.
- Mesquite
Weekly, up to 8 cubic yards. Keep brush in its own pile, off the sidewalk, at the front curb.
- Dallas
Once a month, up to 10 cubic yards. Set out Thursday to Sunday before your collection week, not earlier.
- Plano
Monthly bulky pickup won't take brick, rock, concrete, dirt or sod.
Hiring a tree or landscape crew? In Rowlett, contractors have to haul off their own debris; the city won’t pick it up.

Yard & outdoor junk: common questions
Can you take my grill?
Yes, but we can't haul propane tanks or other pressurized tanks. Please disconnect and keep the tank; many hardware stores take them for exchange.
Do you take dirt, rock or concrete?
We do, but heavy materials are priced differently because of weight. We'll quote those on site.
Will you take apart a playset or trampoline?
Yes. We take it apart, haul it away and clean up the area. See our deck, fence and playset removal page for details.
Does the city pick up brush for free?
Many do, on a set schedule with limits. We're the better call when there's a lot of it, you need it gone now, or it doesn't meet the city's rules.
Do I need to bag or bundle the brush?
No. Cities have bundle and size rules for curbside pickup, but we load branches and loose yard waste as they are.
Can you clear storm debris?
Yes. Call or text as soon as you can; schedules fill up after a big storm. We price it by trailer space like any other load.
