Pay only for the space you use
Most attic cleanouts are a quarter to a half trailer. We confirm the price after we see it.
Every price includes labor and loading from anywhere on the property, hauling, disposal and a sweep-up. Your on-site quote is the most you'll pay. If it packs tighter than we estimated, the price goes down.

We check the attic and the path out, then give you a firm price before we start.

Down with care
We take our time on ladders and stairs and carry things down by hand, never dropped.

Sweep up
We sweep below the attic opening and along the path we used.
Before we come
- Tell us how you get into the attic: pull-down ladder, stairs or a hatch in a closet.
- Clear a path from the attic opening to the door we will use.
- Point out anything up there you want to keep, and we’ll bring it down separately.
- Plan to have someone home, since we’ll be working inside the house.
Where it goes
- Holiday decorations, furniture and household goods in good shape go to local donation centers whenever possible.
- Old electronics and metal go to recyclers. Tube TVs carry a $35 recycling fee.
- Everything else goes to the landfill.
Attic cleanouts: common questions
Do you remove insulation?
No. Insulation removal is a specialty job, and older insulation can contain hazardous materials. We clear what's stored in the attic, not the attic itself.
How do you protect my home?
We take our time on attic ladders and stairs, carry items rather than dropping them, and sweep up when we are done.
Can I go through boxes as you bring them down?
Yes. We can set boxes down in the garage or driveway for a quick look before they go in the trailer.
What if I also need the garage done?
We can do both in the same visit. It's all priced together by the space it takes in the trailer.
Do I need to bring anything down first?
No. Carrying it down is the job. Just clear a path from the attic opening to the door.
What if things are stored where there's no floor?
Tell us when you book. We'll look at it together before we quote, since stepping between the joists isn't safe for us or your ceiling.
