What it costs
Pay only for the space you use
A studio or small apartment is often a quarter to a half trailer. A full house can take a full trailer or more. We quote it on site before we start.
Every price includes labor and loading from anywhere on the property, hauling, disposal and a sweep-up. Your on-site quote is the most you'll pay. If it packs tighter than we estimated, the price goes down.

How we do it

Book around your date
Tell us your move-out or closing date. Online booking starts the next business day; call or text if the date is tight.

Firm price
We walk through, see what is going, and give you a firm price before we start.

Room by room
We carry everything out from every floor, sorting donations and recycling as we load.

Swept and ready
We sweep where your things were, and send photos if you can't be there.
Before we come
- Mark what stays with tape or a sticky note, or gather it in one room.
- Take out anything you want from drawers, closets and cabinets. We haul what is left.
- In an apartment or condo, check with the office about elevator reservations, loading areas and parking for a truck and trailer.
- Set aside paint, cleaners and other chemicals. We can't haul them.
- If the fridge is going, empty it and unplug it the day before so it can drain.
Where it goes
- Furniture and household goods in good shape go to local donation centers whenever possible.
- Metal and electronics go to recyclers. Refrigerators have their refrigerant recovered first ($40 Freon fee).
- Used mattresses, broken or stained furniture and trash go to the landfill.
Local rules
Moving out? What the city will pick up
City bulk pickup runs on a schedule, and some cities limit how early a pile can go out. If your move-out date doesn't line up, or you're in an apartment, that's where we come in.
- Dallas
Once a month, and only for single-family homes and duplexes, so apartment residents can't use it. Setting out early can bring a fine of at least $150.
- Rowlett
Weekly, up to 2 cubic yards. Rowlett's free Landfill Pass isn't available to apartment residents.
- Rockwall
Twice a month. City code doesn't allow discarded furniture or appliances to be stored outside, so a move-out pile can't wait in the side yard.
- Garland
Weekly on your green-cart day. Out no earlier than 6 p.m. the night before, and nothing over 40 pounds per item.
- Mesquite
Weekly, up to 8 cubic yards. Out no earlier than 24 hours before pickup, or the city adds a fee.
- Plano
Once a month on your zone's bulky day, set out no earlier than 5 days before.
- Richardson
Request a BABIC pickup by midnight the night before. The city asks residents to keep it to about 8 requests a year.
- Sachse
Once a month, up to 6 cubic yards, out no earlier than 48 hours before pickup.
- Wylie
Once a month on a Saturday, up to 4 cubic yards. Nothing out before the Friday before.
- Murphy
Weekly, up to 4 cubic yards, next to your carts by 7 a.m.
- Heath
Free weekly pickup for furniture, mattresses and box springs on trash day. Appliances need the Freon removed and certified first.
In an apartment? Complexes set their own rules for bulk items at the dumpster, so check with the leasing office before you leave anything there.

Can you work around my closing or move-out date?
Yes. Tell us the deadline when you call. Online booking starts the next business day, and if the date is tight, call or text and we'll fit you in as soon as the schedule allows.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If the items are easy to reach, we can confirm the price by phone or text and send you photos when the job is done.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We handle make-ready trash-outs, bulk trash at the dumpster and eviction set-outs, with published property rates and invoices to the management company, Net 30. See our page for property managers and realtors.
Are mattresses extra?
No. Mattresses and box springs are included at no extra charge.
Do you take everything, or just the big pieces?
Everything that's going, down to the last box and bag. You point at what stays, and we clear the rest.
Can you clear an upstairs apartment?
Yes. We carry everything down the stairs or through the elevator. If the building needs an elevator reservation, book it for the same arrival window.
