What it costs
Pay only for the space you use
Priced by trailer space, the same as every job, with a firm price on site. A full floor can take more than one load. Visits before 8 a.m., after 6 p.m. or on Sunday add a $75 after-hours fee.
Every price includes labor and loading from anywhere on the property, hauling, disposal and a sweep-up. Your on-site quote is the most you'll pay. If it packs tighter than we estimated, the price goes down.

How we do it

Walk through
We look at the space, the route out and the building rules, then give you a firm price.

Take apart and load
Cubicles and desks that won't fit through the door come apart. Everything else is carried out and loaded.

Sort
Furniture in good shape goes to donation whenever possible; electronics and metal go to recyclers.

Swept and ready
We sweep the space so it’s ready for the landlord or the next tenant.
Before we come
- Empty filing cabinets and desks. We don't shred documents, so have anything confidential shredded first.
- Remove or wipe the drives in computers and copiers. We don't wipe data.
- Check the building's rules: loading dock, elevator reservations, work hours and any vendor paperwork they need.
- Mark what stays with tape or a sticky note, or gather it in one room.
- Tell us about cubicles or anything bolted down, so we can plan to take it apart.
Where it goes
- Office furniture in good shape goes to local donation centers whenever possible.
- Computers, monitors and other electronics go to an electronics recycler whenever possible. Tube (CRT) monitors carry a $35 recycling fee.
- Metal desks, filing cabinets and shelving go to a scrap-metal recycler.
- Everything else goes to the landfill.
Office cleanouts: common questions
Can you shred our files?
No. We don't shred documents. Have confidential files shredded by a shredding company first, and we'll take the empty cabinets.
What about computers and hard drives?
We take computers, monitors and printers, and they go to an electronics recycler whenever possible. We don't wipe data, so remove or wipe the drives before we come.
Can you work after hours or on a weekend?
Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. is part of our regular hours. Visits before 8 a.m., after 6 p.m. or on Sunday can be arranged, with a $75 after-hours fee.
Can you take cubicles apart?
Yes. Cubicles, desks and shelving that won't fit through the door are taken apart on site as part of the job.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. We invoice your company by email. Tell us who should get the invoice when you book.
